A Spode 'New Dresden shape' Sucrier, circa 1817-1820, decoration pattern 2527. A shaped octagon with petite bracket handles, the body with a moulded floral motif and raised on a low shaped base, the domed lid with gilt fruit finial conforming, and handpainted with loose bunches of summer blooms, and with gilt patterned borders; marks and numerals underside. Height 10.5 cm
