William Hughes, (1862-1952, 7th Prime Minister of Australia), signature on 27th January 1919 dinner menu from Hotel Windsor in Paris, showing at top Australian, British and New Zealand troops. Folded and some soiling, though rare item from Hughes whilst he was attending the Paris peace conference - claiming 'I Speak For 60,000 (Australian) Dead'.
