An antique sapphire, diamond and pearl brooch / pendant, 15ct yellow gold and silver, circa 1910, crafted as an elaborate scrolled plaque style panel of old cut diamonds in a tendril and leaf motif, embellished by five feature diamonds of larger size, totalling 0.88ct, each claw set, framed by a further 0.88ct in scrolls, an oval sapphire of 1.70ct in set to centre of fine colour, completed with a larger oval South Sea drop of golden colour, brooch pin fitted to reverse of detachable design
