A Victorian walnut credenza, circa 1860s, with maker's mark Lamb Manchester number 48233, in the high Victorian style and of serpentine 'D' shape form with open shelving to the sides and central double glazed doors opening to an arrangement of velvet lined shelves and upon a curvaceous plinth style base, with rich gilded ornaments, pea and sausage beading and other trims.
