Victorian rosewood and cedar marble top credenza 'Hill & Son's, 48 King Street Sydney' label behind centre door, scroll and shell carved three mirrored doors below', large oval mirror and two smaller mirrors above, 151 cm wide, 206 cm high approx.John Hill was a cabinet maker in Tasmania and Sydney 1830 - 1867. He was in partnership with his son George around 1850, the makers label dates from 1855-1857.
