Height 46 cm notes: Bruno Gambone began his artistic career working with ceramics in his father's Florentine atelier at the age of fourteen, after moving to the United States in 1953 he became engaged with painting, sculpture and fabric decoration. Gamboni returned to Florence to resume work at the atelier in 1969 after his father's death and it from this period he dedicated himself to ceramics as his preferred medium.
