An important indictment on vellum originating from the Supreme court in Hobart Town and dated 4th December 1824 signed J. T. Gellibrand 'Supreme court of Van Diemen's Land. This official document gives names and details of an early Tasmanian robbery and details of the subsequent court findings and punishments, including a sentence to death by hanging.
