A brass-inlaid ebonized games table in the Louis XIV manner, latter half 19th century, probably French, the serpentine fold-over top, supported on a slide action, enclosing a baize-lined playing surface above a shaped frieze, on cabriole legs, the top with an inlaid engraved brass centre-piece, the table and legs with inlaid brass lines and edges throughout, the feet with brass sabots. Height 78 cm. Width 89 cm. Depth 44 cm
