An English blue and white tureen mid-19th century of bulbous rectangular form on a flared foot, scrolled handles to each end of the flared rim, the domed cover with a recumbent lion finial, the sides printed with Italian views inscribed 'Bradusium' and 'Aetna from the [?]'set within floral borders, the cover conforming with two further views, unidentified impressed rampant lion mark to the base.
