Graeme Pollock's South Africa 1964-65 test cap, green wool, embroidered springbok and 'S.A. 1964-65' on front, made by Foster of London, signed twice by Graeme Pollock (inside and under brim). (in the 1964-65 Tour of England Graeme Pollock scored 459 runs with a top score of 137, and an average of 57.37). Good match-worn condition. (Graeme Pollock is widely regarded as South Africa's greatest cricketer, and as one of the finest batsmen to have played test cricket. He played 23 Tests 1963-70, before his career was cut short at the age of 26 by the sporting boycott of South Africa. His completed career test match batting average of 60.97 remains second only to Don Bradman)
