A Royal Worcester porcelain vase, circa 1883, of flattened teardrop form, rising to a tall slender tubular neck with applied pierced terminals to the shoulder displaying a relief cartouche to front and verso decorated in a Persian manner with fine gold highlights throughout and with further gilt butterfly motifs to the reserve on an ivory ground, green factory mark to base, 23.5 cm high.
