A pair of Directoire style mahogany and brass inlaid demi lune commodes, French, circa 1860 the demi lune top with recessed white and grey veined marble and moulded brass frieze with acanthus leaf decoration above two large drawers with brass line inlay and handles flanked by curved panels with brass inlaid decoration and divided by stop fluted pilasters, raised on square tapering legs terminating in brass sabots, 121 cm wide, 60 cm deep, 99 cm high
