A fine Fiji wood Priest's oil dish circular with dentate border around the gently convex top, supported by two columns on a ring base. 25 cm a very similar priest's oil dish from the Peabody Museum of Salem, Salem Massachusetts (E 10.441) is illustrated in Ralph Linton and Paul Wingert arts of the South Seas Simon and Schuster, New York 1946
