A superb Japanese shotai shippo vase. Meiji Period (1868-1912). The ovoid form with short raised neck created in plique-a-jour displays multiple silver wired overlapping blooms each with variegated leaves and ombre shaded petals all on a translucent sea foam green ground complete with silver mounts to rim and base.
