A rare ornately carved ivory tusk hunting horn in the Renaissance style, relief carved in four sections depicting variously hunting motifs the image of St George slaying the dragon foliate motifs and a central panel bearing the images of Charles I and Henrietta Maria Queen consort of England Scotland and Ireland the reverse showing the British coat of arms terminating in the carved head of a hunting hound and a turned mouthpiece 79 cm total length.
