Annamese kendi, squat globular body decorated with blue black cobalt on a greyish body of typical form. The body decorated with peony flowers and leaves, the neck flange, shoulder and foot rim with scroll work. A band of stiff leaves to the lower body. Some tears and pitting to body and glaze typical of this ware. Period: Late 14th century Height 14 cm
