A French Late 19th/Early 20th century Gilt Metal Mounts Secretaire, the lift-up top with butterfly veneers and an engraved brass edge, the false drawer front with a drop-down catch release, pulls out to reveal a small writing surface with gilt tooled green leather inlay and an interior of three small drawers below a shallow shelf, the secretaire supported on slender tapering cabriole legs with gilt metal classical decoration.
