A Spode jardiniere, circa 1825, bell shape, decorated with a panel of roses and peonies with green foliage on the front and on the other side decorated with an extensive gilded pattern, situated between rows of white pearl like beading, the top and the foot of the piece are also decorated with gilding, marked 'Spode' in iron red. Height 15 cm. Width at top 12.5 cm
