Pair early 19th century Elbow Chairs Possibly walnut, these chairs are both fascinating and interesting. The shaped back supported by S-shaped uprights to sabre rear legs, the arms flowing to the backrest and having carved foliage decoration to the front. The seat upholstered and supported at the sides with an unusually deep panel. Shaped sabre legs to the front, the whole with certain French Empire influence, possibly Russian or German in Origin Height
