A Victorian sterling silver wine jug, presented as a regimental Hunt trophy; Thomas Bradbury & Sons (Joseph & Edward Bradbury), Sheffield, 1865; baluster shaped on a circular foot, the handle modelled as an encircling serpent, the finial of the cover as a butterfly, the body decorated with engraved palmettes and oval reserves to both sides enclosing classical Greek figure groups, a reserve below the spout engraved 'Regimental / Hunt cup / Scots greys / 1870 / won by Mr Rowes / "Quicksilver"'; 33 cm high, 890g
