A rare early 19th century Australian cedar campaign chest of drawers, circa 1830, secondary timber pine, the rectangular top with moulded edge above three graduated drawers with faux cock-beaded decoration, raised on small turned feet, 97 cm wide, 47 cm deep, 106 cm highNote:Most military/campaign chests to be seen today are of the Victorian period, but this piece shows the clear influence of the earlier English versions.
