A modern limited edition lacquered brass astronomic mantel timepiece with orrery, St James House Co., London. Number 232 of 1500. Centred by an orrery showing the sun and seven planets within a silvered brass Zodiac ring, and brass rings for calendar, latitude and longitude, the time shown below via a pair of silvered annular rings for hours and minutes, on a circular socle base and turned mahogany stand. Height 40 cm
