A rare 19th century Australian solid musk pembroke table, the highly figured rectangular hinged top with canted corners above a convex moulded drawer front supported on a ring and lobed turned column above a concaved quatreform platform raised on turned feet with brass castors, minor restoration, 91.5 cm wide, 54 cm deep, 79 cm high Olearia argophylla or Native musk is found in the rainforests and wetter regions of Tasmania especially along river banks
