A Worcester porcelain pot pourri jar and a stand in near-matching decoration, the stand circa 1860, the jar dated 1862, the decoration attributed to Josiah Rushton, the cylindrical jar standing on three winged mask feet, its domed cover pierced, ivory ground with gilt borders, the body divided into compartments with gilt classical columns, each compartment decorated with a partly undraped classical female figure, the stand of shaped triangular outline with raised sides standing on three paw feet, decorated with the same three figures as on the jar but with gilt decoration to a different design, printed factory marks underside, the jar 14 cm high, the stand 4.5 cm, 22.5 cm wide. Condition: top heavily restored and resprayed. Base wear to gilt and feet
