A Royal Worcester porcelain vase, shape no. 112, dated 1862, ovoid with a waisted neck, a pair of studded handles to the sides modelled as tied and tasselled ribbons, pink ground with turquoise handles and gilt details throughout, a gilt-framed oval reserve to one side decorated with a bust-length portrait of a gentleman, inscribed underside 'H. Bibbs / 1862', presumably identifying the sitter, together with printed factory mark, 19 cm high. Condition: overall fine age crazing & minor gilt rub
