A Moorcroft trial 'Sturt Desert Pea' pattern vase, Des. Emma Bossons, c1998 Rrp $1450. The 62/7 shape vase designed in homage to the vibrant Australian Sturt's desert pea (Swainsona formosa), decorated with an almost continuous border of tube-lined crisp flowers with bright red stalks and foliage against a graduated yellow to green ground, with impressed Moorcroft stamp, painted marks and other ciphers, marked Trial and dated 20.10.98 to the underside, in its original box.
