A French .950 silver chocolate pot, Minerva 1 standard, 19th century the plain pear shaped pot with palmette decorations to the spout and throat, ebony handle with foliate scroll mount, surmounted by a hinged lid with bulbous finial, raised on three scrolled supports with extravagant rococo mounts, Minerva 1 mark to the side, apparently no maker's mark. Weight 324g height 19 cm
