An impressive pair of antique French bronze ewers, last quarter 19th century the large pair of ornamental ewers in the manner of Clodion, each with tapering ovoid bodies, finely cast with Bacchic putti between bands of grapes and vines, the scroll handles surmounted by winged amorini crushing grapes in a tazza, with fine patination. Height 103 cm, width 45 cm
