A Napoleon III bergere a Oreilles in Louis XVI style and an ottoman of similar style, the bergere third quarter 19th century, the ottoman possibly earlier, the bergere of typical form with a rounded back and shaped 'Ears' above the seat with loose cushion, on tapering turned supports, the gilt frame variously fluted and carved, in close nailed striped pale pink silk, the ottoman in matching upholstery with a loose cushion on a frame possibly of Louis XVI period but now stripped to the bare oak, the bergere 107 cm high, 68 cm wide, 69 cm deep, the ottoman 60 cm high, 72 cm wide, 78 cm deep
