Pair of sapphire, diamond and pearl earrings, circa 1915, composite, property from a private Melbourne collector, each terminating on a Belle Epoque openwork plaque millegrain-set with circular-cut diamonds supported from a similarly set plaque surmounted with calibre-cut sapphires between cascading lines of pearls and spectacle-set diamonds, to a cluster surmount centring a claw-set oval-shaped sapphire framed by diamonds, the sapphires and diamonds together weighing approximately 3.50 carats and 8.00 carats respectively, length 92 mm, post and scroll fittings.
