18ct white gold, black sapphire and diamond 'Stella' ring, Canturi, 2017, of cluster design, centring a claw-set oval-shaped black sapphire surrounded by an open work offset mosaic halo of claw-set baguette and carre cut diamonds to a band end-set with baguette and carre cut diamonds, the sapphire and diamonds together weighing 3.38 and 2.65 carats respectively, size J, signed Canturi, numbered 524428.
