A Chinese carved bamboo incense holder, Qing Dynasty, 17th-18th century with a fitted wood stand., 17.8 cm high. Provenance: The Estate of the late Alan Myren (1934-2022). Mr. Myren was a Museum assistant in the Indian section in Victoria and Albert Museum in London from 1954-64 and on his return to Australia, he established a highly respected antiques dealership known essentially for Oriental Antiques.
