A George II sterling silver porringer, 1750 London, with maker's marks for Richard Gurney & Thomas Cook. Urn form with two scrolled handles and on circular foot, the body applied with girdle above embossed lappet and waves bands, the top chased with crested rococo cartouches surrounded by trailing grapes, marked under foot and to handles.
