Richardson, who took all 10 wickets for Burnley in the Lancashire League match Burnley V Rishton ... July 16th 1932 '. Arthur John Richardson was an Australian all-rounder who played 9 test Matches for Australia.He played four Tests in 1924–25 against visiting English team, and toured England in 1926, playing all five Tests, scoring a century in the third test at Leeds. In his 1926-27 final season of state cricket he helped South Australia win the Sheffield shield by scoring 607 runs at 67.44, including an innings of 232 against Queensland. In the 1930s Richardson played in England for Bacup & Burnley in the Lancashire League.
