18ct white gold, sapphire and diamond ring, claw-set with octagonal modified brilliant-cut sapphire weighing 5.11 carats framed by a border of pave-set brilliant-cut diamonds to similarly set open work shoulders and gallery, the diamonds together weighing approximately 0.36 carat, size P. Accompanied by a GIA report numbered 6425953618, dated 7 April 2022, stating that the 5.11 carat sapphire is natural, with indications of heating, of Sri Lankan origin.
