Rene Lalique, Escargot (Snail), Cadmium selenium glass, mould-blown using two-part mould, powder wash and acid-etched. Circular amber/orange vase with snail motif circling from centre outwards. 'R. Lalique France' hand-etched to base. Model created in 1920, removed from catalogue in 1937, not continued after 1947. Height 21.5 cm, width 21 cm, diameter 8 cm
