Yellow sapphire and diamond ring, of cluster design, centering a claw-set octagonal modified brilliant-cut yellow sapphire weighing 6.13 carats, with a halo of brilliant-cut diamonds to similarly set shoulders, the small diamonds together weighing approximately 0.25 carats, mounted in platinum and 18ct gold, size M1/4, accompanied by a GIA report numbered 1172616478, dated 2 June 2016, stating that the 6.13 carat yellow sapphire is natural, with no evidence of heat treatment.
