A fine pair of Victorian silver plated Corinthian column candlesticks, 19th century, with maker's mark for James Dixon & Sons. Provenance: purchased Richard Gardner Antiques, West Sussex, in 2000 for £920, elegant large sticks with removable dishes, delicate neoclassical ribbon tied swags with bell flowers to the columns and raised on similarly decorated domed square bases, initials and trademark symbols to bases, height 31 cm, (candlestick)
