A fine Louis XVI style carved walnut fauteuil, 19th century, finely carved with a trophy crest and pomegranate finials, fluted supports and acanthus leaf relief decorations to the padded arms above a stuffover seat and elegant tapering spiral twist legs, embellished throughout with bead and dart borders and paterae, well upholstered in double piped gold and russet trellis fabric, height 100 cm, width 62 cm, depth 65 cm.
