A unique platinum, diamond and sapphire pendant necklace, Tiffany & Co. Of cluster design centring a brilliant-cut step-cut sapphire stated to weigh 21.71 carats framed by a double row of brilliant-cut diamonds supported from a fine trace chain decorated at intervals with spectacle-set brilliant-cut and marquise-shaped diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 8.00 carats, pendant length approximately 28 mm, chain circumference approximately 410 mm, signed Tiffany & Co., scratch numbered 21121661. Accompanied by a GIA report numbered 2195165663, dated 27 March 2018, stating that the 21.71 carat sapphire is natural.
