A 9ct yellow gold and enamel Masonic medal, Kogarah St George chapter, the ornately decorated bar brooch enscribed 'Kogarah St George Chapter' with chain links supporting interwinged 'S'. The medal decorated with flowers and scrolls with a diamond set masonic insignia to the centre. Inscribed to the back 'Present to Sister Jess .I. Shannon W. M. By the members of Kogarah St George Chapt no. 377 Oes Nov 1956' and to the front 'Worthy Matron 1955', stamped 9ct, length 13 cm
