A Victorian agate and silver gilt scent bottle, set with two circular banded agated panels to the sides. The silver gilt mounts and hinged top finely engraved in classical scrolls and flowers. Engraved script to the base 'Gift of Sir G. S. Mackenzie of Coul'. Circa 1830. Length 7.2 cm. Other Notes: Sir George Mackenzie, 7th Baronet Frs, Frss, Fsa, 1780-1848, was a Scottish geologist, chemist and agricultural improver.
