A Japanese Art Deco modernist studio ceramic vase, Taisho (1912-1926) or Showa period (1926-1989), circa 1930s, decorated with iron brown flowers and foliage with further incised details under a vibrant green glaze. Together with tomobako (original signed wooden box). 29 cm high, 19 cm diameter. No visible faults or damage.
