A Chinese mother-of-pearl inlaid hardwood tray, Qing Dynasty (1644-1912), 19th century, decorated with finely inlaid mother of pearl birds, butterflies and flowers within scrolling borders. Provenance: the de Voogd collection, 2.5 cm high, 61 cm wide, 40 cm deep. Some losses to mother -of-pearl inlay, with tenen holes beaneth to indicate adapable to tray table.
