A Cartier trinity ring, the three interlocking bands, signed and numbered HQ9411, in tri-colour 18ct gold, ring size X 1/2. The ring presents with some wear to gold surfaces. Cartier signature to rose gold band. Caroline to Phillip 21.6.09 faintly inscribed to the inside of shank on white gold band. Louis Cartier created the trinity collection in 1924 for his friend the famous French poet Jean Cocteau. The rose gold symbolizes love, yellow gold is loyalty and fidelity, white gold is friendship. 12.96 grams approximately.
