Four English armorial soup bowls, 19th century, the first, modelled in the Chinese export style, bearing a large painted coat of arms to centre. The second and third bowls decorated overall in florals, one bearing a coat of arms and the other '49th regiment' to centre, manufactured by Davenport. The fourth decorated in iron red with a coat of arms painted en grisaille. 25 cm and 26 cm diameter. Provenance: The John Scarce Collection of Porcelain
