Four 'Kuwa' necklaces, Kiriwina, 1964 and a seed and bead necklace, Trobriand Islands, Papua New Guinea (5), these objects were used in ritual exchange as part of the Kula ring which links the Islands of Samarai, through the Louisade Archipelago and Woodlark Island to the Trobriand Islands, Papua New Guinea, stand not included.
