Description:
Four Chinese Yixing teapots, 'Three leg Pot' and three others, 20th century or earlier, the largest teapot of globular form in highly polished purple zisha clay, mark unread. Probably for the Thai market, the second largest teapot of globular form in red clay, with an incised calligraphic inscription to one side reading 'In celebration of the Yixing ceramic Art Convention'. Six character seal mark unread, the third largest teapot of segmented fruit form in red clay, with seal mark reading 'Made by Meng Chen'. Possibly Qing Dynasty, the smallest teapot of globular form with three spherical feet, in red clay, titled 'Three leg pot. Seal mark reading 'Ming Ji', 7.4 cm high, 12 cm wide, 7 cm high, 13 cm wide, 7 cm high, 13 cm wide, 7 cm high, 11.5 cm wide
