A French brass three tiered candelabra late 19th century, in the style of Viollet-le-Duc, with Pieced decorations supporting, twenty two Candles, the substantial base decorated with Upturned Chimera, motifs and tiers decorated with fifteen Turrets, height 198 cm. Provenance: church, Beaulieu, France. Notes, the design of the candelabra is typical of the gothic/medieval influence used by Viollet-le-Duc who was the foremost exponent of this style in France during the second half of the 19th century restoring medieval monuments, churches and chateaux
