A diamond dress ring, the wide crossover design centrally set with a domed panel of round brilliant cut diamonds totalling 1.70cts, bordered by fine rope twist detail, in 18ct gold, ring size M 1/2. The ring presents in very good condition with only minor evidence of wear to gold surfaces. The diamonds are of a good commercial grade.
